1. What we collect

• Account data — email, username, full name, role.
• Voice recordings — when you use speaking practice or interviews.
• Resume documents — when you upload or build one.
• Usage data — XP, streaks, energy, scores, exercise history.

2. Why we collect it

To run the product: score your practice, build your daily plan, run contests, and show your progress. We do not sell your data.

3. Who processes it

Third-party processors we use to provide the service:

• Google Gemini — transcription and AI feedback on recordings, resumes and answers.
• Cloudinary — storage of audio recordings and resume files.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — the application database.
• Hosting providers — serving the application.

4. Retention

Your data is retained while your account exists. Audio recordings older than 90 days may be moved to archival storage. Deleting your account removes everything.

5. Your rights

You can access and update your profile at any time. You can permanently delete your account — and with it every recording, resume, report, score and badge — from Settings → danger zone. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and it includes files stored with our processors.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child is using the service, contact us and we will remove the account.
