1. Who can use Kiko

Kiko AI is an English-learning and interview-preparation service operated by Zyntrix (“we”, “us”). You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the service.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and one account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to manipulate scores, contests or energy.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to cheat in contests or automate gameplay.
• Don’t upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

4. AI-generated content

Scores, feedback, transcripts, resume analyses and interview evaluations are generated by AI models. They are practice aids, not professional advice, and can be wrong. Do not rely on them as a guarantee of interview or employment outcomes.

5. Contests and prizes

Contests use the same seed, game and clock for every participant. Winners are decided by the leaderboard when an administrator completes the contest; prize distribution (typically Pro access and a certificate) is final. We may disqualify entries that show evidence of unfair play.

6. Pro

Pro is currently granted through contest wins, promo codes, or administrative grants. It expires on the date shown in your profile and carries no cash value.

7. Your content and our IP

You keep ownership of what you upload (recordings, resumes). You give us the limited licence needed to store and process it to run the service. The Kiko name, owl, product design and software remain our property.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of interviews or job applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — that permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
